Job Title: In-Work Support Coach

This role requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support clients in their employment journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all placed clients are supported and contacted, at least fortnightly;
  • Identifying areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitating this support where appropriate;
  • Tracking all placements and maintaining up-to-date records;
  • Providing on-the-job support to participants and employers to ensure Participants maintain sustainable and ongoing employment;
  • Liaising with employers, clients, and other team members to assist clients to maintain their employment;
  • Assisting with management of claims;
  • Escalating risks or concerns through appropriate channels; and
  • Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
