The Role: Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

This position is responsible for ensuring that our site complies with all client, regulatory and company responsibilities, including safety, through effective maintenance of plant and equipment at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and/or supervise all aspects of site maintenance operations
  • Use and supervise use of the Mainpac system to monitor maintenance needs and compliance
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and repair activities for all Qube trucks, trailers, light vehicles and other plant and equipment
  • Work closely with transport manager to ensure availability and timely repair of heavy vehicle fleet
  • Participate in after-hours on-call breakdown if required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
  • Trade qualification as heavy truck mechanic/diesel fitter
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with variety of people and cultures
  • Intermediate keyboard and computer experience using Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution

  • Trade qualification as heavy truck mechanic/diesel fitter
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
