Job Description

The VP Enterprise will play a critical role in scaling Healthengine's business by developing and executing strategies to drive growth across large and complex customers and prospects. This includes leading the Enterprise Customer Success and Sales teams, deepening relationships with key accounts, delivering exceptional service, and achieving long-term revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Enterprise GTM function, ensuring exceptional service delivery and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Develop strategies to acquire large enterprise customers and ensure their success, fostering deep relationships and ongoing impact and value.
  • Recruit and retain top talent, fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand and retain strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on delivering long-term value.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with large primary healthcare groups, acting as a trusted advisor to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs with the product roadmap, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to senior team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to manage complex client needs.
  • Ensure proactive customer success, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive mutual value.
  • Represent Healthengine at industry events, showcasing leadership in health tech solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for a seasoned leader with 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or customer success, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success in building and maintaining executive-level relationships, leading and scaling enterprise-level sales or customer success teams, and driving revenue growth is essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Location
