Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to providing a stimulating and supportive environment that encourages them to lead full and active lives. As an Activities Coordinator, you will work closely with our residents to understand their interests and preferences, and develop activities that bring joy and fulfillment to their lives.

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity. This may include arts and crafts, music sessions, exercise classes, and other activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with older adults, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a creative and organized individual who is committed to providing high-quality care and support, we would love to hear from you.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working with older adults, preferably in a residential care setting. You will also need to be able to work flexibly and be willing to participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
