Job Title: Property Manager
About This RoleThis role would suit a property manager looking for a change, to join a large, progressive agency that cares about its employees.
The successful candidate will manage a small portfolio of growing properties using end-to-end portfolio management software. They will be responsible for landlord and tenant correspondence, routines, reporting, handling maintenance issues, and management of arrears. Entry and exit procedures are also an essential part of this role.
About the Ideal Candidate
- At least 12 months - 2 years of previous experience in Property Management is required.
- A desire to build a career in Real Estate is a must.
- Strong Administration Skills, including great attention to detail and good computer skills, are necessary.
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Property Me is preferred but not essential.
- The ability to multitask is also highly valued.
