About the Role- Assess and manage complex medical review cases, applying relevant guidelines, legislation, policies, and procedures to determine fitness to drive.
- Analyse correspondence and phone inquiries to identify key trends, inform process improvements, and develop team capability through innovative solutions.
- Influence stakeholders to promote consistent engagement and drive improved outcomes for both customers and the business.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by developing and implementing innovative practices, fostering a culture of ongoing business improvement.
