The Quality and Safety Associate is a key position within Mater Misericordiae Ltd, responsible for supporting the implementation of quality and risk management systems across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to the Hospital/Service Quality and Safety Manager in implementing quality and risk management systems, improving quality and safety outcomes, and investigating incidents and complaints.
- Collaborate with clinical department managers to develop and implement process improvements that enhance patient safety and quality of care.
- Collect and analyze patient safety and clinical outcome data to inform quality improvement initiatives and monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support the Hospital/Service Quality and Safety Manager in coordinating the implementation of recommendations arising from root cause analysis and other system reviews.
- Provide education and training on quality and safety, incident investigation, and management to staff as required.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in quality improvement, risk management, and clinical governance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
