Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support residents with daily activities, including continence management, showering, dressing, and personal grooming
  • Ensure residents receive their prescribed medications promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate in the preparation, service, and delivery of daily meals and special functions for our residents
  • Manage laundry tasks for residents as required, maintaining their comfort and hygiene
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in the role and industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Driver's License and Reliable Transport (desirable)
  • National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including Drug and Alcohol Testing
