Working closely with the Executive Team, you will oversee smooth day-to-day operations, mentor the team, and help achieve key performance goals.

You will be responsible for creating a positive, high-energy environment that celebrates local producers and showcases exceptional cuisine. Your leadership style, paired with clear communication and high standards, will inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Proven experience in fine dining hospitality
  • Knowledge of wine is highly desirable but not essential
  • Exceptional guest experience skills
  • Strong people management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with budgets to drive growth
