Opportunity Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Valuer to join our Valuation and Advisory - Residential Developments team in Melbourne. As a member of our team, you will assist in providing valuation and property consultancy services, undertaking valuations for acquisition, asset reporting, and mortgage purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in providing valuation and property consultancy services to clients.
- Undertake valuations for acquisition, asset reporting, and mortgage purposes.
- Meet valuation and project deadlines to ensure high standards of service.
- Maintain national sales and leasing databases.
- Prepare research marketing material.
- Stay up-to-date with local and national markets.
- Assist other staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed and submitted in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Completed or nearing completion of a Bachelor of Property Economics or similar.
- Keen interest in property and eagerness to learn.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level skills in Microsoft software packages.
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills and professional presentation.
- Proactive work ethic and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving abilities.
