Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Manager to join our Marketplace team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving large-scale commercial outcomes while developing a comprehensive understanding of our 3-sided marketplace.

About the Role
  • Drive strategy and execution of critical elements of merchant coverage and reliability strategy
  • Build out reliability and operational efficiency reporting across our portfolio of strategic restaurant accounts
  • Build critical stakeholder relationships in local and global teams to drive reliability outcomes for strategic accounts
  • Analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions to drive meaningful improvement across the business
  • Lead rollouts of global products, processes, and programs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategy and execution of critical elements of merchant coverage and reliability strategy
  • Build out reliability and operational efficiency reporting across our portfolio of strategic restaurant accounts, to drive awareness of current performance and highlight key improvement opportunities.
  • Build critical stakeholder relationships in local and global teams across a variety of the business lines including operations, product, sales, and finance to drive reliability outcomes for strategic accounts
  • Perform analysis to inform recommendations on key strategic questions, and present to senior stakeholders
  • Lead roll outs of global products, processes and programs in Australia and New Zealand
  • Tackle complex problems and break them down into actionable solutions, backed by data and insights, to drive meaningful improvement across the business.
