Job Overview

Senior Event Designers lead the design and implementation of immersive experiences for clients. They are responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering visually striking events that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise and develop innovative event designs, considering client briefs, brand guidelines, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project delivery, including designers, producers, directors, and account managers.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget constraints.
  • Analyse market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to stay up-to-date and provide creative solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to effectively communicate design ideas, concepts, and progress.
Requirements
  • Advanced ability in 3D modelling and visualisation software (Vectorworks), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent drawing skills, including hand sketching to communicate ideas.
  • A strong understanding of building and safety regulations, as well as the wider construction and design industries.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, manage others, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Teamwork and ability to learn and develop new design and construction techniques based on practice and research.
