About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Fashion Retail Leader to lead our Menswear team for our Graphics category. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will be accountable for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with other departments to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives. If you are a motivated and driven leader with a passion for fashion retail, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Menswear team for our Graphics category and drive business results through effective leadership and strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with the Trend team to stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and consumer insights.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification / degree in relevant field i.e. Buying or Fashion Retail.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role in fashion retail.
- Proven track record of driving business results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
