We are seeking experienced warehouse professionals to join our team at Labourforce as High Reach Forklift Operators in our chiller and freezer warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Crown or Toyota High Reach forklifts in a freezer environment
  • Perform putaways, replenishments, and loading/unloading tasks
  • Assist with order picking and palletising
  • Use RF scanning technology and automated pallet wrappers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating Crown or Toyota High Reach forklifts
  • Ability to work in freezer conditions (-22 degrees)
  • Current forklift license with high reach experience (desirable)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass drug testing and medical process
  • Ability to lift up to 20kgs

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $39.84 + freezer allowance
  • Ongoing temporary to full-time opportunity
  • Monday to Friday work schedule
