We are seeking a skilled and dedicated maintenance professional to join our team. As a Maintenance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Your primary responsibility will be to maintain plant, equipment, building and services to ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively.
You will also be responsible for ensuring up-to-date records of all chemicals in use and complying with relevant safety and best practice regulations.
In addition, you will be required to maintain the grounds in a neat and tidy manner, identify preventative maintenance requirements, complete the works and documentation of schedules, and ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is actioned within legal requirements and documented in the relevant registers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key role in maintaining the integrity of our facilities and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Requirements- A general understanding of maintenance or handyman skills is essential for this role.
- Maintenance of grounds, general painting skills, maintaining garden beds, and knowledge of gardening equipment would be highly desirable.
- Experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs is also highly valued.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A current First Aid & CPR certificate is required.
