Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the innovation and strategy of services and platforms that underpin our internal user experiences.
  • Leverage our delivery partners' latest technology and product roadmaps to ensure we design a service experience that always takes advantage of new available opportunities as they emerge.
  • Owning the end-to-end design of our operations platform – from internal user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Partner with the product team to identify user needs, conduct user testing, and incorporate feedback to iteratively improve designs.
  • Mentor other members of the X15ventures design team - fostering creativity, delivery excellence and maintaining design consistency across projects.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience in UX design, with a track record of delivering successful digital products or services.
  • Strong systems thinking and service design skills.
  • Expertise in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
  • Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Desired Skills
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • You're a passionate, cultural shepherd -- you find it easy and fun to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies to continuously elevate and influence X15ventures' design standards across all the layers of the business.
  • You have problem-solving in your DNA, and don't shy away from working with others to share and solve complex problems.
  • A background in SaaS, or start-up organisations is advantageous.
