We are looking for a talented Training Program Developer to help us shape the future of M2P Engineering by pioneering our newly created Training and Development Coordinator role. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify training needs within our organisation, including gaps, and set out a plan for closing these gaps, identifying priority areas.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to extract information and create effective training materials and systems for delivery to our teams.
  • Establish policies, procedures, and processes for training, ensuring fairness, consistency, and efficiency across training delivery within the organisation.
