Visual Information Designer

Ignite is seeking an exceptional Visual Information Designer to lead our visual storytelling. As a key member of our team, you will shape the future with impactful design.



Key Responsibilities:

  3. Effective Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to distill information and develop design solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Design Asset Creation: Develop innovative design assets from concept to completion, showcasing your expertise in visual storytelling.
  5. Presentations and Visual Documentation: Create compelling presentations and visual documentation for executive and corporate audiences, effectively communicating your design vision.
  6. Design Thinking and Best Practices: Apply Design Thinking and industry best practices to deliver creative solutions that drive business growth.
  7. Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive collaboration.
  8. Tailored Communication: Adapt your communication style to meet the needs of various audience levels, gathering constructive feedback to improve your design.
  9. Design Expertise: Contribute your design expertise to solve complex problems and drive strategic decisions that shape the future of Ignite.


Requirements:

  2. Proven Experience: Demonstrate proven corporate or government visual storytelling experience, showcasing your ability to drive business outcomes with design.
  3. Design Portfolio: Share a portfolio that highlights your exceptional corporate design work, demonstrating your skills and expertise.
  4. Adaptability and Time Management: Showcase your ability to handle shifting priorities and manage tight deadlines, ensuring that your design work meets the highest standards.
  5. Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Highlight your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, demonstrating your ability to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  6. Design Thinking and Methodology: Confirm your proficiency in Design Thinking and Design methodology, showcasing your ability to drive creative solutions.
  7. Collaboration and Communication: Emphasize your collaborative mindset and ability to adapt your communication style to meet the needs of various audience levels.

Essential Requirement:

Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this role, as it requires the ability to obtain a Baseline Clearance.
