Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced educational leader to join our team as Deputy Principal – Students. This is a key leadership role that requires a passion for student wellbeing, a proven record of leadership, and a commitment to Catholic education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of student wellbeing and learning strategies
• Collaborate with College leaders, staff, and families to create a safe and supportive environment for students
• Facilitate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational and wellbeing policies and practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support student success
• Provide leadership and guidance to the wellbeing team to achieve the Student Learning and Wellbeing Strategy and Goals

Requirements

• Post-graduate qualifications in education or a related field
• Proven experience in student wellbeing and learning leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate others to support student success
