We are seeking a highly experienced Venue Manager to lead our team at Belgravia Leisure. This is a seasonal position from September to May, with the opportunity to work part-time during the off-season.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facility, including leading a team of passionate people, achieving budgeted performance targets, and maintaining a high-value relationship with our council partner.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a high-value customer service proposition, leading and driving a high-performance community-minded culture, training staff to ensure knowledge and capability are at the required levels, and maintaining facilities to approved standards in line with contract requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' leadership experience, highly developed communication skills, sound knowledge of health and safety legislation, and experience in planning and executing operational, financial, and people plans to successful outcomes.
