We are seeking an accomplished Senior Associate to lead our Litigation and Insolvency practice.

About the Role

This is a challenging position for a senior legal professional to work on high-profile litigation and insolvency matters.

  • Key responsibilities will include acting for liquidators, receivers, administrators, and bankruptcy trustees on a wide range of complex cases.
  • Defending directors and company officers in ASIC investigations and enforcement proceedings.
  • Handling diverse commercial litigation across multiple practice areas, including Banking & Finance Disputes, property disputes, joint venture conflicts, and breaches of directors' and fiduciary duties.
  • Collaborating with colleagues from different practice areas to deliver effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in litigation and insolvency, preferably with expertise in key areas mentioned. They must be able to adapt quickly to new challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
