Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team in Perth, Australia.

About the Role:

- Develop and maintain long-standing client relationships with a focus on exceeding client expectations and driving service delivery.
- Deliver hands-on service and develop technical projects to solve customer problems.
- Participate in and promote a safety culture internally and through client engagement.
- Monitor chemical sales, inventory, and related efficiencies.
- Conduct on-site chemical analysis and calibrate treatment program equipment.
- Perform routine diagnostic services, including microbiological testing and system walk-throughs.
- Investigate material failures and provide training to operating personnel and laboratory technicians.

Safety Responsibilities:

- Adhere to company Safety policies, procedures, and rules and follow safe work practices.
- Participate in team consultation meetings to discuss workplace safety and report hazards as soon as noticed.
- Attend OHS training and wear personal protective equipment as required.

Key Qualifications/Skills:

- Tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science, or related Discipline.
- Experience in servicing technical products in the oil, gas, and utility chemical market advantageous.
- Strong safety focus, business acumen, and technical skills to provide value to customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and ability to work in a multinational team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience working with technical products in the oil, gas, and utility chemical market. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
