We are a busy family seeking a reliable and engaging caregiver to care for our two boys (8 and 11 years) during the school holidays. The ideal candidate will be patient, flexible, and experienced in conflict resolution and problem-solving with school-aged children.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage the boys in various activities, developing their interests and encouraging learning through play.
- Establish a structured routine, balancing screen time and offline activities.
- Provide high-quality care, ensuring the boys' physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a nanny or household manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Pet-friendly and willing to engage with our two outdoor dogs.
- Flexible with days, times, and hours, with potential for long-term employment.
