About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Site Leader at our Lenah Valley site in Hobart. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading manufacturing teams to identify best practices and improvements that will increase the site's productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and propose annual business plans that align with our company's strategy, recommending budgets and KPIs and scheduling key projects.
  • Monitor and review performance against Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the development and delivery of our manufacturing process improvement program, initiating, formulating, and implementing new manufacturing methods and processes.
  • Drive and uphold our company's safety culture and actively participate in and contribute to site engagement activities.

About You

  • You will have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Dairy/FMCG, with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • You will be proficient in OPEX, Lean, and change management, with the ability to communicate effectively, lead, engage, and motivate the team.
