Exciting Career Opportunities at RAA Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Specialist to join our Claims Performance, Data and Insights team in a full-time permanent capacity.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and experience working with data to drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reporting on claims performance to budget/target and key performance indicators, identifying trends, and providing detailed analysis of performance.

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to effectively communicate reporting developments and analysis of performance.
  • You will develop, participate, coordinate, and drive reporting change initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
  • You will assist in the provision of other data analysis services across claims as required, including data gathering, extraction, reporting, analysis, and summarizing findings to support decision-making for claims improvement initiatives.
  • You will contribute to effective working partnerships with other key stakeholders through information sharing and by helping to establish an environment of support and no surprises.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • The ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrated high-level analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Advanced SQL skills as well as proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office products.
  • The ability to organize workloads effectively while maintaining full ownership over work tasks and managing them to completion.
  • An innovative thinker with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
