Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Protection Specialist in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and emergency response to our clients working in a dual mobile Patrol vehicle with a K9.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working effectively in a team with a K9 and handler
  • Providing high-level security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

You will be required to work across the Beenleigh-Bowen Hills depots and at additional locations as and when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current Security License
  • A Control Room License – Highly regarded
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters. Willingness to work nights/weekends
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team
