About the Position:
We have an opportunity for a supervisor/leadership role managing the day-to-day operations of one of our sites in Mount Isa.
The Security Operations Manager position will involve coordinating with local site-based client representatives, Securecorp head office, and site officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client, Customer, and Staff Liaison
- Ensuring compliance through managing quality systems
- Leading and Coordinating a Medium to Large Size Team
- Managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Service and Delivery Assurance (auditing and reporting requirements)
- Incident reports and monthly report management
- Equipment management
Rostered Hours:
4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts (day and night) with an approximate remuneration of $80,000 per annum.
