About the Role:
This is an Engineering Leadership Role opportunity within Lockheed Martin Australia where you will play a key part in the development of the BronzeWing framework.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the BronzeWing development team and maintaining the BronzeWing roadmap.
You will also co-chair the BronzeWing Product Control Board and work collaboratively in an international development team to further develop the BronzeWing baseline.
Additionally, you will support the development team in establishing new BronzeWing instances in pursuit of Lockheed Martin business development.
About Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the BronzeWing development team and maintain the BronzeWing roadmap.
- Co-chair the BronzeWing Product Control Board.
- Work collaboratively in a diverse international development team to further develop the BronzeWing baseline.
- Support the development team in establishing new BronzeWing instances in pursuit of Lockheed Martin business development.
- Liaise with current Lockheed Martin programs that utilise the BronzeWing framework to ensure capabilities are disseminated throughout existing products.
- Oversee the resolution of problems identified during the conduct of software development, integration and test BronzeWing with the development team.
- Guide work within projects that utilise the BronzeWing framework to ensure configuration with the BronzeWing baseline and meet wider Lockheed Martin Program objectives.
About You:
To be successful in securing this position, you will have:
- Extensive knowledge of Software Engineering process, procedures and the overall engineering product lifecycle.
- Advanced experience leading and/or managing multiple small teams to successful system outcomes.
- Excellent ability to apply experiential judgement and lateral approaches to complex problem solving.
- Desirable experience with commercialisation, frontend frameworks such as Angular, React and Vue, creating user interface design systems, rapid prototyping.
