Job Overview:\
\- As a Quality Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across our organisation.
\- You will be responsible for conducting audits, monitoring and responding to feedback and incidents, and assisting in the development and revision of processes as required.
\- Your primary focus will be on maintaining and enhancing our quality management systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.\

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

\- Experience in aged care with an understanding of Commonwealth Home Support program and home care packages
\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate various IT platforms\
