The Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Crew Member. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing an amazing Grill'd experience for our customers
  • Preparing quality ingredients in the kitchen with attention to detail
  • Becoming proficient at all stations, including chips, buns, dress bench, grill, wrap, floor & till
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment throughout the restaurant
  • Working collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, fun, quick-service casual dining team
