About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse or AHPRA-registered professional to take on a leadership position in our care team. As a Senior Healthcare Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the health needs of residents, ensuring their well-being is closely monitored and met with excellence.

- Requires flexibility to work shifts, including nights from Tuesday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Empathy & Respect: Treat residents with kindness, supporting their individual choices in daily life.
- Effective Care Planning: Ensure quality staff practices meet residents' clinical and personal needs.
- Regular Review & Updates: Regularly review and update resident care plans to ensure alignment with changing needs.
- Leadership: Lead with professionalism, upholding the organisation's Christian values.
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure RNs, allied health staff, and doctors meet clinical standards.
- Team Collaboration: Share clear information for effective multidisciplinary care.
- Funding Accuracy: Maintain accurate documentation for funding compliance.
- Team Support: Encourage teamwork, assist in reviews, and support RN selection.
- Families Communication: Keep families informed and address concerns as needed.
- Resident Admission: Oversee assessments to align admissions with care needs.
About You:
- Minimum 2 Years' Experience: As a Registered Nurse or AHPRA-registered professional.
- Previous Experience: In Residential Care Services.
- Strong Communication Skills: (written and verbal) and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Communication Effectiveness: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Intermediate Computer Skills: And experience working in an electronic environment.
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Check: Required.
