We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical reasoning skills and expertise in rehabilitation, with the ability to take a holistic approach to client care. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans, working closely with clients to achieve their goals and return to work or find new employment opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including transport, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and professional services. Our team provides high-quality services, focusing on recovery and function to help clients get back to work and back to life.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
  • Strong clinical reasoning nous
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
  • Experience in conducting various clinical assessments
  • An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
