About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Assistants at Skechers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

You will be part of a fast-paced and energetic team, working with premium products and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and releases. Your passion for streetwear and sneaker culture will shine through in your interactions with customers, making their shopping experience unforgettable.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Processing large volumes of stock and maintaining a well-organized store environment
  • Assisting with click and dispatch orders and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Maintaining a positive and can-do attitude at all times to drive sales and customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively to drive continuous improvement
