HPE Educator

The primary focus of the Classroom Teacher is on delivering high-quality education to students. This involves planning, preparing and teaching programs that achieve specific student outcomes.

Classroom Teachers are responsible for teaching their own classes and may also assist and participate in policy development, project teams and the organisation of co-curricula activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to different learning styles.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

• Must have a degree in Education or related field.
• Must hold a valid teaching certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
