A purpose-built centre in Melbourne is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Leader for a permanent, full-time leadership opportunity.

  • Lead, support and mentor educators to cultivate a collaborative team culture that prioritises the development and wellbeing of each child.
  • Oversee the planning, delivery and evaluation of engaging educational programs that meet regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Diploma, Graduate Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education from an ACECQA-approved institution.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood education frameworks and standards.
  • Experience in leading teams and fostering partnerships with families, staff and the wider community.
