About the Role

The University of New South Wales (UNSW) is seeking a highly skilled Research Associate/Postdoctoral Fellow to join its ARC Centre for Next-Gen Architectural Manufacturing (Arch_Manu)

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the research effort of the centre, developing your research expertise through the pursuit of defined projects relevant to your field of research

The role reports to the Centre Director and is based in Sydney, Australia

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to collaborative research with a focus on enhancing the quality of the centre's research outcomes
  • Conduct research and/or provide research support to Arch_Manu research teams to create scholarly output
  • Prepare Human Research Ethics applications
  • Undertake discipline-appropriate research activities, e.g. surveys, literature reviews, data gathering and/or recording of results
  • Support the dissemination of Arch_Manu research outcomes

Requirements

  • A doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable of business and/or management research
  • Proven commitment to keeping up to date with disciplinary knowledge and industry developments
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake high quality academic research and conduct independent research in collaboration with industry partners
  • Demonstrated experience in data collection methods, analysis, and report writing skills
  • Demonstrated track record of publications and conference presentations
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
