We're looking for a seasoned Business Development Representative to spearhead new business opportunities within the Education and Government sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sector-specific procurement cycles, budget limitations, and decision-making processes.

The role requires developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities, working closely with assigned Account Executives to develop opportunities and approach targeted segments. Building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding fiscal year planning, and aligning outreach efforts are essential aspects of this position.

We're seeking an individual with 1–3 years of B2B sales development or related experience, preferably with a background in selling to education or government sectors. Knowledge of public sector procurement and RFP/RFQ processes is also crucial. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders are vital for success in this role.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in research, account mapping, and navigating complex organizations. You'll have the chance to work on long-term sales cycles and demonstrate your resilience and organizational abilities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified opportunities within Higher Education and Government sectors
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Work with assigned Account Executives to develop opportunities and approach targeted segments
Your Skills and Experience
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales development or related experience
  • Background in selling to education or government sectors preferred
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement and RFP/RFQ processes
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Skilled in research, account mapping, and navigating complex organizations
  • Resilient, process-driven, and effective in managing long sales cycles
