This is a key position within the Audience Analytics team at Coles 360, where you will play a crucial role in helping brands connect with their customers by unlocking real-life behaviors and shopping habits of Australian households.
We are seeking a talented individual to contribute to our strategic growth journey and drive Coles' retail media network in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver ongoing campaign analysis for our clients, providing actionable insights to inform their media decisions.
- Discover and articulate key trends and patterns in customer purchasing behavior and product selection, driving business growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, delivering high-quality data products that meet their needs.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to a high-performing and highly engaged team, sharing best practices and learning from each other's strengths.
- Develop domain knowledge in digital advertising, including the ability to understand and weigh privacy and security risks against commercial considerations.
- Approach projects with a product and growth mindset, adopting agile practices to iterate on work and receive frequent feedback.
- Build intuition around prioritizing work and working effectively, including when to seek guidance.
We are looking for a talented individual with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Mathematics, or Science.
- Analytics experience, with a proven track record in a marketing or product data role.
- Solid understanding of SQL for analysis and data transformation.
- Strong foundation in analytics dynamic programming languages (e.g. Python, R, Julia).
- Experience working with large, complex data sets.
- Experience with analytical tools, including data extraction, exploration, and visualization.
- Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand presentations.
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously against delivery targets.
