About the Role:

We are excited to be working with our newest Client Partner, Ring, a leader in the realm of home security, including doorbells and video cameras, and celebrated for its pioneering innovation and superior quality of security products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage key stakeholders, including regional area managers, store managers, store staff, and customers, to demonstrate the features and benefits of Ring products.
  • Drive product sales and create brand advocacy amongst staff and customers in a range of consumer hardware retailers.
  • Maintain merchandising standards on Ring products.
  • Develop strong relationships with key store personnel.
  • Report and provide feedback on key field insights and activity.
  • Manage a territory of stores across the Perth metro area.

Requirements:

  • Inspirational and aspirational style that brings the best out of store staff members and delivers exceptional results.
  • Driver's license and a car are essential.
  • Weekday availability - 2-3 days would be ideal.
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and structured with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Proven 'people person' that thrives on delivering exceptional service and results in a positive outcome for the customer, retail partner, and client.
  • Strong understanding of the 'sales process' and how to convert customer conversations into sales.
