Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Home & Investment Lending Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting customers in saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers through each step of the journey
  • Coach customers on home loan options and ensure their experience with us is seamless
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer focus and preferably experience in home lending and retail banking
  • Financially savvy with ability to multi-task and adapt to change
  • Proactive with excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
