About the Role

We are seeking experienced Auto Electricians to join our team in the Bowen Basin at Saraji and Goonyella deployments. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing scheduled and breakdown maintenance of heavy mobile equipment, conducting preventative maintenance inspections, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduled and breakdown maintenance of heavy mobile equipment, including trucks, dozers, drills, and excavators
  • Conducting preventative maintenance inspections and identifying and rectifying faults
  • Initiating updates to work procedures to ensure they are accurate and relevant to equipment
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
About You
  • Australian recognized Auto Electrician Trade
  • Strong background as an Auto Electrician working with Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Liebherr
  • Experience with Terex O&K/Caterpillar & Hitachi Excavators/Caterpillar Dozers/Sandvik Drills will be highly regarded
  • Previous experience within mining is preferred
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems, including SAP and CAT SIS
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
