Senior Management Leader

Serve as the public and political face of a national industry association, leading a senior management team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage organisational operations including annual general meetings, symposiums, and board meetings.
  • Provide technical support to working sub-committees.
  • Maintain regular contact with key government regulators and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain records and manage industry compliance and audit programs.
  • Develop industry initiatives and standards through international representation.
  • Effectively represent the organisation on various industry work groups and meetings.

Essential Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A minimum of 10 years in agribusiness management.
  • The ability to collaborate with and influence multiple-level stakeholders.
