Primary Care Medicines Manager

Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our Primary Care Pharmacy Team in East Ross. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of primary care clinical pharmacy services and working closely with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to improve medicines management.

The Primary Care Pharmacy Team works closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services. We pride ourselves on being a dynamic and supportive team that values work-life balance and provides opportunities for professional development.
">Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering primary care clinical pharmacy services
- Working with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
- Providing expert advice on medication use and management
- Developing innovative pharmacy services
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Technician who:
">- Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and IT skills
- Has relevant pharmacy experience and is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Has a full current driving license and is willing to travel within the East Ross area
