About the Opportunity
">- This is a teaching and research position at The University of Queensland School of Pharmacy, with expertise in clinical pharmacy required.
We are seeking a specialist academic to join our team of high-performing academics and researchers on a continuing basis.
">- Teaching responsibilities will include developing and delivering courses, engaging in curriculum design, coordinating courses, assessing students, and providing academic counseling.
- Research responsibilities will involve establishing a research program, collaborating on research projects, participating in project discussions, seeking and managing research funding, and publishing in reputable journals.
- Supervision and researcher development responsibilities will include supervising students, recruiting and managing employees, providing performance feedback, mentoring, training, and resolving conflicts.
- Citizenship and service responsibilities will involve developing partnerships, engaging in internal and external service roles and committees, performing administrative functions, providing support to colleagues, and upholding university values.
The successful candidate will be offered the appointment at Academic Level B or C commensurate with their skills and experience, in accordance with The University of Queensland's salary structure.

">- Teaching: Develop and deliver courses, engage in curriculum design, coordinate courses, assess students, and provide academic counseling.
- Research: Establish a research program, collaborate on research projects, participate in project discussions, seek and manage research funding, and publish in reputable journals.
- Supervision and Researcher Development: Supervise students, recruit and manage employees, provide performance feedback, mentor, train, and resolve conflicts.
- Citizenship and Service: Develop partnerships, engage in internal and external service roles and committees, perform administrative functions, provide support to colleagues, and uphold university values.
Salary and Benefits
">The base salary for this position will range from $110,365 to $155,246, with an additional 17% Superannuation. You will also receive other benefits, including access to world-class facilities and equipment, grant writing support, greater research funding opportunities, and staff support and development.
