About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our Digital Team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, supporting, and continuously improving our ERP digital solution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Estimate Data Conversion: Collaborate with the team to convert estimate data into the cost system (VisionCPM).
  2. Integrate Project Controls Data: Support the integration of project controls data from operations.
  3. Provide System Training: Offer system training and support to Cost Control users.
  4. Work with Delivery Teams: Collaborate with delivery teams and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
  5. Identify and Recommend Solutions: Assist project teams to identify and recommend solutions.
  6. Liaise with Head Office: Liaise with the Head Office team in Milan to identify system improvements.
  7. Maintain System Documentation: Maintain and update system and training documentation.
  8. Conduct Audits and Reviews: Conduct performance, security audits, and system reviews as required.
  9. Provide End-User Training: Provide end-user training across Webuild Project Controls Applications.
  10. Implement IT Procedures: Adhere to and implement IT procedures.
  11. Manage IT Service Management: Provide support, including update and management of the IT Service Management system.
  12. Design and Produce Reports: Work with project teams to design, produce reports, and manage BI reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent ERP experience.
  • 5+ years of function management experience in Project Controls or Cost Control discipline.
  • Experience in working with business users and documenting business requirements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a project environment and/or exposure in cost management, planning, and progress monitoring function.
  • Ability to build strong relationships through engagement with customers, colleagues, and other key stakeholders.
  • Excellent proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Power BI.
  • Experience in IT change management and managing incidents.
