About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to join our client's growing Brisbane team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and deliver large-scale mechanical projects within their major projects department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion, focusing on projects with a mechanical value of $10 million and above.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house engineering, drafting, estimation, and administration teams to drive project success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
