Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to clients.
  • Develop and implement client-centered care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality Standards and Human Rights, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers to implement and review support plans, and ensure timely completion of client profiles and activity plans.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence and quality care.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in care leadership and management.
Requirements
  • Experience in a senior leadership role in a care or disability services setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and contribute to a culture of excellence and quality care.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including shift work, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
  • Current Blue Card for Working with Children and NDIS Worker Screening (or Yellow Card).
  • Driver's license and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
