**Job Opportunity:**

Seeking a skilled facilities professional to oversee day-to-day operations of a premium commercial asset.

**Responsibilities:
  • Manage hard and soft services ensuring compliance and best-practice standards.
  • Oversee contractor performance across building operations, maintenance, and safety.
  • Develop strong relationships with tenants responding to issues promptly and proactively.
  • Drive sustainability, energy, and environmental initiatives aligning with client targets.
  • Manage reporting and compliance obligations.
  • Champion service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven facilities management experience in commercial office environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building operations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders deadlines and service providers.
