We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team in the field of Implementation Science in Addiction Treatment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a national NHMRC-funded implementation trial.
Responsibilities- Drive impact as a Research Fellow in a national NHMRC-funded implementation trial
- Join a supportive and collaborative addiction research environment
- Work alongside leading experts in neuroscience-informed treatment innovation
- A doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience in data management and statistical analysis software such as Excel, STATA or R
- Qualitative analysis tools such as NVivo

This Research Fellow will play a key part in delivering the study by supporting the design, coordination and implementation of a Cognitive Bias Modification (CBM) platform and toolkit. The role requires a strong ability to manage trial operations, contribute to research design, conduct mixed methods data collection and analysis, prepare reports and publications, develop ethics and grant applications and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
