About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Brand Activator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Ensuring optimal stock levels, positioning, and ticketing in line with client expectations.
  • Planograms/Relays: Executing and maintaining compliance with company standards.
  • Execution of tasks: Building displays, erecting Point-of-sale materials, and managing stock.
  • Negotiating off-location opportunities: Identifying and capitalizing on potential sales growth areas.
  • Relationship building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel.
  • Communications: Informing clients of upcoming promotional activities.
  • Reporting: Accurate reporting using Smart Devices.
  • Time management: Demonstrating ability to work under pressure while maintaining productivity.

Requirements:

  • Ownership of a Smart Device is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess full Australian working rights.
  • Residency in the advertised area or surrounding suburbs is necessary.
  • A current State Drivers Licence and a Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle are essential.
  • Physical fitness is required, including bending, lifting, and carrying stock (maximum 16 kgs).
